The Biden Department of Justice selectively uses the FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act to target and prosecute peaceful pro-life activists—seeking to put them in federal prison for over a decade. The Biden DOJ just convicted peaceful citizens like Paul Vaughn for praying and singing hymns at an abortion business. They’ve already jailed pro-life activist Lauren Handy and other pro-lifers for taking a peaceful and principled stand for the unborn.
But we have an excellent opportunity to protect pro-life activists by passing HR 5577, a bill that will repeal the FACE Act and stop its unconstitutional enforcement.
